The contracting, reservation management, collections, billing, customer service, check-in, check-out and operation of the tourist rental are carried out solely and exclusively by STAY BELONIO, S.L., as the company managing the accommodation.
The owner of the Website does not act as an entrepreneur or professional, nor does he/she intervene in the contracting or in the economic management of the reservations.

The user agrees to use the Website in a lawful, diligent and respectful manner, refraining from any use that may:
