Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

If you require early check-in or late check-out, these options can be requested in advance and will always be subject to availability, as cleaning and preparation of the apartment are necessary between stays.

When possible, they are offered as an additional service and may involve an extra cost. It is recommended to inquire in advance.

Abele 45 does not have its own luggage storage service, as these are independent apartments.

If arrival occurs before the check-in time (3:00 PM), it is possible to check the availability to leave luggage in the apartment while cleaning is carried out, provided that the day’s operations allow it.

After check-out (11:00 AM), it is not possible to store luggage in the apartment.

Alternatively, a few meters from our accommodations there is a paid locker service, available 24 hours a day, for which practical information can be provided if necessary.

No, we do not have our own parking.

However, in the vicinity of the accommodation there are several private paid parking lots, which allow you to park comfortably in the historic center of Málaga.

There are several convenient options to get from Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport to the historic center:

  • The most economical option is the commuter train, departing from the airport itself and with a final stop at Málaga Centro Alameda. From this station, the apartment is about a 15-minute walk.
  • It is also possible to use the A Express bus (Line 75) of the Municipal Transport Company (EMT), which directly connects the airport with the city center. The Paseo del Parque – Plaza de la Marina stop is located approximately 700 meters from the apartment.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for a taxi or private vehicle services with a driver such as Uber, Bolt, or Cabify, which offer a direct and comfortable transfer.

The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival, through a professional cleaning service performed with special attention to detail and the use of hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly products.

Regular cleaning service is not included during the stay. However, it is possible to request an extra cleaning upon request and at an additional cost (to be consulted), to adapt the level of service to the needs of each stay.

At the time of departure, you are requested to leave the furniture in its original position, the kitchen tidy and the utensils used clean, as well as remove the garbage generated.

This approach guarantees a careful, hygienic, and quiet environment from the first moment, respecting both the space and the rhythm of each guest.

No. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including near windows.

If, after the stay, it is necessary to perform a specialized cleaning service with an air purifier due to the presence of tobacco odor, this service will incur an additional charge.

This measure helps maintain a healthy, careful, and comfortable environment for all guests.

To ensure a pleasant experience for both guests and the residential environment of the building, you are requested to respect the basic rules of coexistence, especially regarding noise and rest times.

The accommodation is designed for those who value calm and respect for the environment. Parties, loud music, or activities that may disturb coexistence are not allowed.

Failure to comply with these rules and well-founded complaints from neighbors may be grounds for early termination of the stay.
